Amanda’s services range from relaxation to therapeutic, treating clients suffering from chronic pain, working through sports injuries and experiencing pre-natal discomfort.

Services

Swedish Massage
A Swedish massage is the most common massage, promoting relaxation. Deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point techniques can be incorporated to target specific areas based on client needs.

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset

A treatment technique that can be done through the clothing without oil or incorporated into a regular massage treatment. It is an active technique (involving pressure and movement) which addresses the fascia, bones and other tissues surrounding the muscle. Work to these tissues affects the central nervous system which in turn alleviates tension and restrictions in the body. Amanda is certified in Upper Body, and Lower Body. Pre-natal Massage
Pre-natal massages are a great way to alleviate any tension and muscle soreness acquired during pregnancy. Amanda has a pregnancy pillow, allowing the client to comfortably lie down while Amanda works on a client’s shoulders, back, legs and feet.

Hot Stone Massage
Amanda can incorporate hot stones into a Swedish massage treatment, giving the muscles full attention throughout the treatment. While Amanda works on one area, she will place hot stones on the back and legs, allowing them to stay warm, so that she can return to those areas and provide a deeper massage treatment.

Swedish, RAPID NFR and Pre-natal Massage:

  • 15 minutes – $52
  • 30 minutes – $82
  • 45 minutes – $104
  • 60 minutes – $126
  • 75 minutes – $150
  • 90 minutes – $172

Hot Stone Massage:

  • 60 minutes – $150

All fees include HST

Payment

Amanda accepts cash, e-transfer or cheque. As a Registered Massage Therapist, she can issue clients a receipt for work benefits programs.

Cancellation Policy

If necessary, clients are asked to please provide a 24-hour cancellation notice before the scheduled appointment. Without adequate notice, clients may be charged the full fee.
